Introduction of the duckbill rubber check valve
Duckbill valve is used in a waterproof system, discharge system, water pump outlet, lifting pump station and submerged aeration system. The main feature of the product: the rubber flange and the valve body are integrated, and the installation is extremely convenient. The valve body adopts all-rubber design, which will not cause siltation and jamming, which reduces maintenance costs and allows solid particles to pass smoothly. Valve body manufacturing materials: neoprene, Hyprolon, nitrile rubber and ethylene-propylene rubber, etc.; flange material: Q235, 304, 316, etc.
When storing and transporting, pay attention to:
A. V-type rubber check valve should be placed in a low temperature and dry place;
B. Set the floor or down above the ground level;
C. The valve should be far away from the heat source, ozone, engine oil, strong acid, strong alkali area;
D. It is strictly forbidden to expose to sharp and strong radiation and to bear weight;
E. It is strictly forbidden to scratch the surface with sharp instruments;
F. The packing box is marked with "↑", and it is not allowed to lay upside down or flat.
