Introduction of the NSCV

This kind of check valves are used at the outlets of pumps in industrial water supply and drainage and sewage treatment plants to prevent backflow of pipe network agents. Automatically eliminate destructive water hammer, so as to ensure that the pump and pipeline are not damaged. The valve is mainly composed of a valve body, a valve clack, a buffer device and a micro regulating valve. The product has the characteristics of novel structure, small size, low fluid resistance, stable operation, reliable sealing, wear resistance, and good cushioning performance. It is an ideal product for industrial water and urban sewage.

What is the advantage:

1. This valve is suitable for large-calibre water or steam and other medium pipelines. It plays a non-return function, can realize fast and slow closing, and effectively prevent water hammer impact.

2. The triple eccentric sealing structure ensures zero leakage, smooth opening action and low flow resistance.

3. The fast closing section basically has no resistance, the slow closing section has a smooth buffer, no water hammer, and no impact noise.

4. The triple eccentricity of the sealing pair and the large secondary eccentric structure of the valve plate, open the sealing pair to separate, and close the contact to seal, effectively reducing the wear of the cover and extending the service life.
