They are tested according to BS 6755, and marked as per MSS SP-25.

Diaphragm valve can be divided into six types according to its structure: house type, direct current type, stop type, straight through type, ram type and right angle type

Natural rubber, chloroprene rubber, butyl rubber, NBR, isobutylene rubber, fluorinated rubber and polyfluoroethylene propylene plastic (F46) are commonly used as diaphragm materials

Before installation of diaphragm valve, carefully check whether the operation conditions of the pipeline are consistent with the service scope specified by the valve, and clean the inner chamber to prevent dirt from jamming or damaging the sealing parts
