1.Flat bottom seat
Traditional gate valves often deposit in the bottom groove of the valve due to foreign objects such as stones, wood, cement, paper scraps, and debris after the pipe is washed with water. It is easy to cause failure to close tightly and form water leakage. The bottom of the elastic seat-sealed gate valve adopts the same flat-bottom design as the water pipe, which is not easy to cause debris to deposit and make the fluid flow unimpeded.
2.Overall encapsulation
The valve plate adopts high-quality rubber for the overall inner and outer rubber. The rubber vulcanization technology enables the vulcanized valve plate to ensure accurate geometric dimensions, and the rubber and the ductile iron gate are firmly connected, not easy to fall off and have good elastic memory.
3.preservative
The valve body is coated with powder epoxy resin, which can prevent corrosion and rust of the valve body and can be used in sewage systems.
4.Not easy to break
In the past, traditional cast iron gate valves often broke due to foreign objects hitting, collision or overlap. Since this valve is changed to ductile iron, this situation can be greatly reduced.
5.Three "O" ring seals
Since the valve stem adopts a three-"0"-ring seal design, it can reduce frictional resistance when switching, greatly reduce water leakage, and replace the seal ring without stopping water.
6.Help to drink
Since the inside of the valve body is coated with non-toxic epoxy resin, the inner and outer surfaces of the gate are completely covered with rubber to prevent rusty water or corrosion, which can be used for raw drinking.
7.Precise casting valve body
The valve body is made of precision casting, and the precise geometric dimensions make the inside of the valve body without any finishing to ensure the sealing of the valve.
8.Lightweight
This valve is made of ductile ink, and its weight is about 20%-30% less than that of traditional gate valves. Easy to install and maintain.
