Pneumatic film single seat regulating valve is composed of pneumatic multi-spring film actuator and low flow resistance single seat valve. It has stable operation, reliable operation characteristics, small seat leakage, accurate flow characteristics, wide adjustable range and so on. The pressure level ranges from 1.6 Mpa to 11.0 Mpa, and the rated flow coefficient Kv is small. Therefore, it can be used in many occasions that need precise control of small flow, such as fine chemical industry, food additives, medicine, electronics and other industries.

Pneumatic control valve is characterized by simple control, fast response, and intrinsically safe. It does not need to take explosion-proof measures. It is suitable for situations with strict leakage requirements, low pressure difference before and after the valve, a certain viscosity and a small amount of fiber medium.

The movable film single-seat regulating valve uses compressed air as its power source, and drives the valve body movement by means of electrical valve positioner, converter, solenoid valve, retaining valve and other related accessories, so as to change the flow area between the valve core and the valve seat, so as to achieve the function of regulating the flow rate, realizing the on-off or proportional regulation, and receiving industrial automation. The control signal of the control system is used to adjust the flow, pressure, temperature and other process parameters of the pipeline medium.

The pneumatic membrane single seat regulating valve opens and closes separately. The pneumatic opening valve opens gradually with the increase of signal pressure. When there is no signal, it is in the closed state. The pneumatic closing valve closes gradually with the increase of signal pressure, and when there is no signal, it is in the fully open state.
